The people at Rachel Oates Family Dental are wonderful. I contacted them on a Thursday afternoon due to a permanent retainer coming loose. They put me on a priority list, and got me in the next morning. This was a first time visit for me. The staff was very nice and professional. The facility was well kept, with the most up to date tools and technology for the job. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.
I went in to get two crowns and was very nervous as I’ve never had to have any dental work like this before. Hailey made the experience actually comfortable on the verge of fun. We talked and used laughing gas. Needless to say we laughed a lot as I was totally relaxed and no longer as nervous. Dr Oates is a kind and compassionate dentist. My first time using this practice for my dental needs. Thus far I am happy with the switch. She listens and hears my concerns along with answering all my many questions. Thank you all for making this nervous patient comfortable. 🙏🏽
Love everyone here. I had a tooth emergency and my regular dentist said he couldn't get me in. I called Rachel Oates and they took me in that day. She does excellent work and the entire staff is so pleasant to work with. She is now our family dentist!
