The best part: they listened and got it right in their quote. We shopped it with Lowes and saw a big difference, but that’s because Lowes didn’t quote the carpet we said and went with the cheaper model. When Superior came out they asked what grade we wanted, quoted it right the first time, and was within a few dollars of Lowes when they finally priced the right carpet. And I’ve read reviews when Lowes subcontracts if you have a problem it can be tough to get that contractor to resolve. We were happy with what we got from Superior, the service we received, and the little time it took. It’s worth it to support a local business who listened and saved time right away. Look it’s enough of a hassle to begin with: isn’t it better when they hear you and get it right?

Zac Mento and his team at Superior Custom Flooring were phenomenal. I can pretty easily say they are the best contractor regardless of job scope that we have ever used. They installed Luxury Vinyl flooring, painted and stained handrails and carpeted our stairs. All of which totally transformed our home. Their attention to detail can’t be beat.
